Christine was so helpful to get my service issues resolved early in the day so that I could go home to let me dogs out. They are always polite & professional every time I call. They are like family after just being here three years. They really do care about the residents & the community is beautiful.

Pool has been green for 2 months no chlorine tablets and water always dirty. BBQ pits are not kept up with dirty and one does not work. Used to be good but lately has gone down.

Apartments are fine, nothing exceptional. Appliances are 18 years old, lots of problems with those.
"The system is down." is the only communication I have ever gotten from the staff, in person and over the phone. It's been a month since moving in and that's all I know, the mysterious system is always down and it keeps anything from happening.

My best friend recommended me to this apartment complex, and I’ve fallen in love since the day I visited. I went for it and submitted an application online the fees are affordable and understandable, because you’re holding the unit as well as the application fee. Annette was the manager helping me at this site, and she is great during this transition in my life. She was able to let me know the possible fees that may apply, and gave me all the information I needed before approval. The approval... only took about a week, and the process is going pretty smoothly so far. I appreciate Annette helping me with everything, please take this place in consideration. The prices are affordable, property is clean, and tenants seem pretty nice from when I visited last. Thank you

The apartment is really nice, we’ve been trying to sign for about a week now but we’re unable to ever get in contact with the property. I’ve left multiple voicemails over the past week and not one time have they called me back. At this point we’re trying to withdrawal our application but I can’t do it online and I’m still unable to get in contact with them. They’re extremely unprofessional and if the person who is originally helping you isn’t in office they basically refuse to help you because... they “don’t” have access to any of my information and can’t answer any questions I have. We’ve had to go in twice in the past week because we unable to get anyone on the phone!! All they’ve said that they’re just getting a lot of calls but I still never hear back from them and the past few days I’ve been basically doing the leasing agents job. Highly disappointed and they charge 150 for an admin fee and a 75 dollar application fee which is absolutely ridiculous for an older property.

We recieved these four negative reviews you placed. We are sorry if communication broke down. It was a holiday weekend but that is no excuse. I beleve our Community Manager Yenny has been working with you recently, and all we need now is the... positive rental history verification from your previous property ownership. That is something we cannot get it without your sign off. Once we get that wrapped up we should be good. However, if you would like to move on and apply somewhere else, Yenny can also help you with our refund process. Just let us know. If you feel your experience has improved we would invite you to change the reviews, but also understand if you do not want to. Either way your feedback is important to us.
