If you don’t have to… don’t.
I’ve been living here since November of last year… And while my apt is cozy there are always problems. While in a 2 bedroom, my ac went out and I had to call and visit the office several times for them to put an portable ac in my window for weeks before it was fixed and then they more than doubled my rent so I downsized in June 2023. Now 3 months in my ac is out again. And still waiting on my mirror to be fixed from June as well. Mind you the new mirror is just sitting in my apt leaned against... the wall for THREE WEEKS. I have heart issues and asthma and I have suffered from my apt being 76-78 degrees and no one has come to fix a thing. I’ve had to go to friends houses or get hotels when I pay my rent it’s sad. I’ve been in the hospital twice and I’ve explained this but they still don’t put a rush even with your medical issues. Needless to say I’ll be moving.
