Stay away from this property at all costs. The condition of the place is ridiculous. The Freight Elevator has been down for almost a year with no solution, and the main elevator has been down for about four months. The parking garage "gate" is a joke because it doesn't even work. You have homeless individuals wandering the halls, breaking into cars, storage units, and even apartments. When it was brought up with the leasing team, I was told that it stated in our lease that they do not guarantee... our safety. Here is a list of items that don't work:
1. Gas Grills
2. Hot Tub
3. Freight Elevator
4. Main Lobby Elevator
5. Parking Garage Gate
6. Some doors open without even needing to scan in.

You'll pay a $25 amenity fee and wonder what it is going to because it isn't going to any of the amenities. In fact, at one point, we were told if we paid for the dog poop bags, they could potentially take the amount off our lease.

Great staff, great location, good apartments. Only 1 of the 3 elevators are broken, garage door broken for months (any one can drive to any floor and access the halls and apartments, homeless found living in empty units, hot tub not working for over 1 year, dog poop all over the lil “trail”, plus they cut paying security. New owners and mgt, hoping things get better

Unfortunately Park West has gown done in quality. I first moved here 5 years ago, was very impressed with the staff and had a positive experience living at the apartment overall. Over the past two years things have gone poorly while living here. Security is a problem, the gates to the garage are always broken, multitple cars have been broken into, doors will be broken. My maintenance requests are never done. Very poor communication with the apartment staff. Unfortunately have seen homeless... people taking shelter in the stairwells or in the bathrooms. The pictures look nice, but dont be fooled they are old pictures that they are using. This place is horrendous. If you want to deal with non-responsive staff members, or have your stuff broken into, or just have everything broken then this is the place. 10/10 dont recommend moving here.

If I had to rate this apartment complex, it would get a fat "0" out of 10. The office staff is extremely rude, the property is filthy, maintenance requests go unfulfilled for months at a time, and not to mention ownership has changed three times over the course of a year. But let me go further, there's been a large broken window in the clubhouse since June 2024, it's not January 2025. To remedy it was covered with cardboard and tape. The homeless enter through it to seek warmth at night. The... grills on property haven't worked in my entire tenancy, neither have the gates in the garage, and security access at certain entry points. So expect to see random homeless people walking the halls as well. The trash is always piled up in the trash room as no one uses the trash chute because it's always full. The carpets in the halls are stained and smell or pet urine. The walls are dirty, scraped, and smudged. None of the elevators on property are in working order, this includes both resident elevators and the service elevator. More than half the equipment in the gym is either partially missing or inoperable. And let's not get on the car break-in's due to none of the security features working. I could go on, but I'll just show pictures of issues with my unit that have gone unresolved for months. Lee mas
