POOR MANAGEMENT
This is the worst place I have ever dealt with. unprofessionalism and lack of responsiveness from Tides at North Dallas. I’ve been trying to contact the leasing office for over a week regarding an issue with my guarantor information. Due to a minor error in my application, my guarantor cannot complete their portion, and I was instructed to contact the leasing office for modifications. Despite numerous calls and messages, no one has returned my calls or texts.
When I finally got through, I was... told that only the IT department could resolve this issue. However, no progress has been made, and I am left in limbo while my application and administrative fees have already been processed. This is unacceptable, especially since their policy clearly states that applications cannot be processed without a completed guarantor form.
The lack of communication and accountability is appalling. I strongly advise others to reconsider applying here unless the management improves its customer service and resolves its internal inefficiencies.
