No A/C and Roaches
I moved in April to these apartments, since moving in we have not had A/C the only way I knew it was somewhat working is when I turned it on, on Monday the office didn’t make us aware it was “working” till yesterday in a email. They have already turned it off without notice to anyone, only way I knew it wasn’t working is when my unit was getting hot, when I called and asked about it they couldn’t even give an exact answer as to when it would be working or even be “fixed” when it was working my... unit wasn’t even cool, it was just circling the hot air in my unit. I currently have animals in my unit (a dog and bearded dragon) it gets so hot in my unit we have had to sit in my car with the A/C on just to get relief from the hot air. There are roaches everywhere, I’ve seen multiple inside my unit and outside they state they spray but since living here I haven’t seen anyone come and spray the outside of my unit(I have a doorbell camera and have never seen anyone spray, only people I see are the mailman and neighbors), I’ve seen them in our washing facilities inside of the washer, the inside of those facilities are terrible you can tell no one goes in to make sure they look alright or anything. They redid the floor in my unit but didn’t think to fix the baseboards now there is about an inch gap from my floor to the baseboard, when I moved in the unit was dirty it looked as if no one cleaned it? My cabinets were dirty with leftover things from the previous people living here, including dirt, rotten wood, and trash. There is a large open hole underneath my bathroom sink where the pipes are. I had put in a maintenance request because the fan in my bathroom was making a loud screeching noise when it was turned on they didn’t come and check on it till a few days after the request and left a note stating they will put in the order with management to get it fixed and they never followed up with me on the issue. I have seen wasps nest on the outside of my window and where I park my car. There is trash everywhere, outside of the dumpster and in the parking area.
