So far everyone seems nice and the area is great. Really close to TCU, Tom Thumb and Trader Joe’s are right down the road, and the amenities are awesome

So far so good- will say the apartment was kind of dirty at move in- and I have one whole bathroom that needs work (plumbing, leaks, low flow toilet pressure) and I’ve had a terrible time with my wifi service. Otherwise super quiet…. Also still haven’t gotten a key fob to be able to use any amenities….

It is truly enjoy living here! In fact, I have recently changed territories at work to the Lewisville area, around a 1 hour commute. However, I am not going to move, at least right now, because I feel comfortable here and it is a nice place to come home to. It is quiet and peaceful. However, the one drawback is the community hot water, which makes it very difficult to shower for some reason, as the water constantly changes from hot to cold. I now clean myself by filling a bucket and using that... water. Yet, at least at this point, it is still worthwhile to live here!
