La Bella Apartments

I have lived a La Bella since 2020 and wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy the property management team is going to tell you what you want to hear and smile while doing it. I have proven toxic mold by a state licensed mold inspector in my previous unit 2410 and now the unit I’m in is even worse unsure about toxic mold but the water damadges from the rain flowing into my apartment everything it rains had made the wall buckle code compliance gas even cited them and u still am having to... use a whop vac every time it rains. Considering the health issues this place has caused me and my kids as soon as I am able to afford to leave I will be gone. I lost everything when I left the unit I was in 4 years and gave still not recovered physically or financially and not even a gesture towards giving a break on rent or anything has been made. I have given them lab results and videos and hospital records of what the negligence has caused all I get is avoided but let the first come they gotta have that rent Lee mas

I had moved in April 2022, lots of things were wrong in my apartment, but the major stuff like running tub that leaked out the ceiling they never came to fix, they didnt have air conditioning or heating, never had hot water for us to take a bath, the doors were falling down constantly, there was a rat and roach infestation there and they never exterminate but you pay for it. The rats you can here a whole army of them inside the walls and roches got all into my food and appliances. There is a... whole list of things wrong with this place, it is not safe for your kids. They not once came to fix not a one thing that was messed up. I even had to bring my own fridge. It is now Febuary and i had to move out i couldnt stand it any longer. Lee mas

I don't understand how they want to evict people but don't care about tenants needs. People don't be fooled y the advertisements. They always have issues with these apartments and they are definitely false advertising. This is not the place to be especially if you have kids. Roaches, ants spiders, leaks, poor building structure, teens run around breaking windows and the price isn't worth paying.

I moved in 2/7/22 and it’s barely 2/15/22 and I am ready to leave here! I have a 2 bedroom for me and my kids and it wasn’t even 24 hours before the toilet in my room flooded all the way into my kids room! When I moved in, the heat wasn’t working and there was another leak in my main bathroom under my sink that I didn’t even know about that they came to fix. Once the guy turned my water back on after he so called fixed my leak, that’s when my toilet flooded. Few days pass some carpet people come... out to remove the foam under my carpet and told me they were coming back out Friday to put new foam and clean the carpet that was flooded. They didn’t come until Monday. Later on Monday night, I get home, and there’s a puddle in my main bathroom! At this point I’m so irritated with this apartment that was obviously not ready to be occupied! They finally came in today and fixed it. Now it’s Tuesday night and the CEILING IN MY MAIN BATHROOM IS LEAKING! Fixing to cave in! I cannot get a hold of anybody! I have to bath my son in the sink, just so we don’t get leaked on. And let’s not talk about how I didn’t have a shower rod, some of my cabinet doors were missing handles and my daughter is only 2 and is the height of the cabinet and kept scratching herself on them. My hall closet is FULL of spiders and I don’t do spiders, I’ve had to kill so many spiders and roaches since I’ve moved in! There’s blood on my sons closet door, the carpet in my closet is cut up from whatever or whoever, my door wouldn’t lock properly and still looks a hot mess compared to all the other residents. I am disgusted, ashamed, and humiliated that I even signed a lease with them. I cannot wait until my lease is up or that I can break this one because this is completely unacceptable! I still don’t even have my mail box key or my car registration sticker! If I could give 0 stars, or negative, trust me. I definitely would! Lee mas

Very clean and nice and also have good staff looks better its nicer and quiter and i love that it's peaceful and it's so clean a very good improvement and i lived therr before for 3 yrs it was nice then but it is even nicer now. I recomend it to anyone. Love the new changes and looks.
