Modera Walsh

I have lived here since the community opened in 2023. Overall, I have had a great experience living here. The area is peaceful and quiet, the amenities are great, and the rent is affordable. The leasing office does a great job at communicating information/updates to the residents, and I am really grateful for that. During the holidays each year, we do tend to see an increase in package theft here, but that is something that is out of the property's control. However, they do try their best... to mitigate the theft in ways that they can control. Also, parking here can be an issue. I would prefer they remove the covered parking spaces, which are an extra charge, and open that up again as free spots. Or, purchase one of the nearby lots of land to use as overflow parking, especially since there is more car traffic now with the construction of a new apartment complex and UTA West. All in all, I have enjoyed living here and would recommend this complex as a great place to live. Lee mas

I have experienced excellent assistance from the leasing office. In addition, there were no maintenance issues with the apartment upon move in.

Neighbor upstairs is very noisy for 1 person. Noise comes at all times during the day and sometimes at night. I don’t hear any other neighbors.
The landscape is really looking bad. Not maintained well at all. They don’t clean up after themselves.

Overall it has been a great experience, I have a couple minor things- the master bathroom shower doesn't get hot even turned all the way up. We really need to look at getting another dog park, there are tons of dogs in the complex and the park isn't big enough for all.

Also I wish people would clean up after their dog if they poop on the sidewalks or road.

Amazing place to live in, so peaceful, a lot space for the dogs to play around. Also having the gym really close it’s a ?? love everything about Modera Walsh apartments ??
