Great complex, I love the private fenced yards! We moved here for the dog-friendliness and it has been great so far. Still very new, but overall a great experience.

Apartments are super nice inside and outside, have 2 really large dog parks for my pets which is a plus. lots of outdoor amenities that are respected and clean. really great neighborhood and view of the pond and fountain in front. The staff are very friendly and willing to look into things for you. Chastity helped me do all my move in documents via phone and email because I was driving in from out of state. The amount of reward programs here to put towards gifts to yourself is nice and find out... more about the places to shop and eat in your area as well, I'm not used to having any at all. Cleaning and maintenance staff can always be observed tending to things that improve the well-being of the complex. Also gave me an 8 weeks off discount upon move-in. The extra touches inside the apartments like a mudroom, kitchen backsplash lighting, his and hers sinks, shelves built into the kitchen island, and washer and dryer room are all not easy to find in apartments let alone all being together. Allison has been so good this whole time she deserves a raise, the place is nice and the people are nicer, really is a good place to live. I’ll probably live here for another lease term who knows maybe longer
