Not a Fan - EQ is not for the residents.
Thoroughly disappointed on how the transition took place. I’ve live in some high end areas and have always had a leasing team that advocates for there residents. That is not the case here. Getting in contact with the office was a challenge at first which was understandable but when I finally got in contact, I faced a forward individual that made it clear that my expectation on assistance should be held to the ground. I was ultimately met with no solution for my problem. This has led me to leave... the community with a horrible taste in my mouth. If you have a little to no engagement with management, you may have a decent experience but prepare for a team that lacks empathy, understanding and desire to resolve.
