Rent literally anywhere else.
Terrible property management, stay away. They lured me in with a move in bonus which was specified in my lease, then they made me pay it back. They kept me waiting 8 months for a mailbox and they charge me for gas even though I have no gas appliances. Ive caught both maintenance and the property manager enter (or attempt to enter), without my permission and without notification. The deadbolt broke one time, and when I put in a maintenance request, they took it out without replacing it and never... came back to finish the job. Had to pay my own money to fix their incompetence. The railing broke when I was going up the stairs, still nobody came to fix. They also refuse to fix my window that leaks whenever it rains, and they refuse to fix the garbage disposal. They made me take down my curtain on the balcony that was up for over a year for no reason. When my neighbor got bed bugs, they refuse to treat my apartment to prevent us from getting them. The water is disgusting and the boiler is constantly down for repairs. At this point, I would rather be homeless. Oh, and you can expect them to raise the rent on you every chance they get.
