RUN FOR THE HILLS
Breezeways were always dirty and rarely cleaned unless requested. The paint job they did on the concrete in the breezeways to cover up stains, instead of finding a way to power-wash looks sloppy and tacky. Mailman always puts most of the residents mail in the incorrect box, resulting in residents removing incorrect mail and leaving them in mass piles on top of trashcan counter area, which includes sensitive information like numerous IRS tax documents, credit card documents, etc which can easily... result in identity theft. Management didn't care or do anything to rectify it. Packages were constantly delivered to the wrong address and incorrectly left in the mailroom as well, for possible theft too. Gates are useless because they don't encompass the entire property; there are still accessible points by foot via the pool area and the front of building one. The gates were also not fully operable and and left open most of the time. They tack on unauthorized fees when you move out. I once had a hostile contractor, they use, come to my unit for servicing. I informed the leasing consultant not to send him again due to that. The next time he was on the property, they sent him right back to my unit. Constant weed smoking on the property permeates some buildings and enters units. Most of their "monthly events" are extremely low quality and focused around distasteful donuts. Instead of hiring a cleaning person on-site, they use a once a week contractor in high-traffic common areas, so you have to look at dirt and stains for the remainder of the week. When the current assistant property manager first started, I mentioned an issue and there is no way she would have recalled without taking notes. I asked if she was going to write it down. After staring into space, she then decided to act as if she was typing when it was obvious she was not. They rarely answer the phone or respond to emails. They started charging for the coffee machine while charging an amenity fee . Most "luxury" apartments don't charge for it. Free parking is minimal. Most are paid. Good luck on finding a spot if you come back late. 2 police cars were often staked out on property and I regularly saw an officer in the office and at one of the "monthly events" clearly looking for someone that may have lived or been staying on the property. Low-quality un-luxurious apartments. Wouldn't recommend.
