Maintenence at the complex is wonderful, but the management is awful. If anything has to be fixed by an outside company it will take at least two months for repairs. The machines in the laundry room have mostly been broken since 2019, and the apartment complex claims the vendor won't fix them. In that amount of time they would have found another vendor. It's been two months since we have been able to even use the laundry room. Their hope is tenants will all pay $45 a month in extra fees to lease... a washer and dryer from the complex. We already pay almost an extra $100 over rent in fees. Lee mas

it is a peaceful to reside iive in the front by the front gate office personal are very nice and helpful

My apartment has too many roaches and the upgrade work is below standard. Apart from that, everything else is great especially the employees.
