Extremely Disappointed with Maintenance Response and Communication
I rarely leave reviews, but after months of waiting with no resolution, I feel it’s important to share my experience.
I submitted maintenance requests for tub resurfacing and carpet shampoo nearly three months ago, shortly after renewing my lease for another year. Despite multiple follow-up emails, I have received no response from the leasing manager. More recently, I raised concerns about duct cleaning, which is now impacting my health, and again — no acknowledgment or action has been taken... .
I have made several attempts to get a simple update or schedule a meeting, but meaningful communication has been completely lacking. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy — even not responding to emails — is unacceptable, especially when health concerns are involved.
Tenants deserve timely communication and accountability, neither of which I have experienced here. I sincerely hope this review encourages management to take residents concerns more seriously.
To any future tenants considering this community — please think twice.
It's not just about the leasing manager’s lack of response — there are several ongoing issues within the community that remain unaddressed.
