I have being a resident at the grove at pinemont since may of 2015
My familly and I are very happy living at this property, The place is very well maintained and is a very clean place to live at;The management team is very professional and they provide the residents with great service
Every time we had a small isue that needed to be repair they took care of it right away
They keep us informed of everything that takes place at the comunity
They also inform us in advance if there is going to be a... power cut or any other service that need repairs
Overall we are very happy living at the property and we just renew our lease for another year
We have recomend this property to our friends at church as well as at work
Iy there is any questions about the property you can contact Mr. Dan at the property management office.

I love it here. No problems

I havent had any problems here and management has done very great job from my standpoint. Diane snd her staff do everything they can to be helpful as well as bring the community together. I love it here. I

WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX ON EARTH

Every two months they change managements cause there not sustainable!!! ROACHES, SPIDERS, RATS, SHOOTINGS!!!! I seriously recommend sleeping in your car, before I would recommend here!

Under new management, who seem to be working very hard to improve conditions left by former management. It will time to get the job done, but so far they are jumping on issues bought to their attention.
