The process was a bit frustrating and confusing when first applying. There was mixed information, due to management changes. Apparently, due to poor ratings in the past the property needed a complete update which I am all for it. Being older and more seasoned I am very familiar with the way apartments are ran. Unfortunately, like most of today's society people are not nice and are never accountable. Marcus turned a horrible experience into a great customer service experience with his presence,... his professionalism and just being understanding. I just moved in and the apartment wasn't ready as promised (got keys 5 days later) so far so good with the move in after the initial hiccups. I just want to commend Marcus and give him his 5 stars. The 5 stars is definitely for him. I will have to revisit and rate after a couple of months actually on the property itself. The size of the unit is huge in comparison to some apartments I have lived in and that's always a plus. I am eager to see what the new management has to offer. Thank you Marcus! Lee mas

For the time I’ve been living here the environment at this complex has made me and others feel EXTREMELY unsafe and threatened, neighbors will bang on your door, the neighbors will let out their three pitbulls and have them go after smaller dogs, they have THREE pitbulls. Pitbulls are NOT allowed at this complex. They are always off leash and somehow they like to go across the property? While that sounds like dog negligence to me the neighbor/owner of this complex has made us feel extremely... threatened with opening the garage door deliberately whenever we cross by with our dogs. His THREE pitbulls, bolted out and tried to grab my SMALLER-medium DOG, I had a larger dog with me but the pitbulls wanted the mini Dachshund instead! We quickly intervened and screamed at the pitbulls when the owner FINALLY intervened and called his dogs back AFTER trying to get mine, all he said was “they’re friendly! There’s no need to do all that!” This is an extreme unsafe environment that the office has done NOTHING about, we had already written an email to them and made a report to the non emergency hotline because all it takes is ONE second, for those pitbulls to grab onto one of my dogs, and I’m not having that chance AGAIN. The gate is never operational. Cars keep getting broken into and the wheels get stolen.

Save yourself while you still can. Wish the lease could be broken. Absolutely terrible. Management is a joke and never responds. Had to wait in the office for over an hour just to talk to one and still didn’t get anything resolved.

So my family and I moved in not too long ago, Courtney helped me with everything, she has been awesome since day 1. It’s pretty quiet for the most part, maintenance is pretty fast with maintenance requests. Parking isn’t bad either, which is a major plus. Like I said so far so good, I’ll update when we’re 6 months in.
