Marcus deserves a raise!
The process was a bit frustrating and confusing when first applying. There was mixed information, due to management changes. Apparently, due to poor ratings in the past the property needed a complete update which I am all for it. Being older and more seasoned I am very familiar with the way apartments are ran. Unfortunately, like most of today's society people are not nice and are never accountable. Marcus turned a horrible experience into a great customer service experience with his presence,... his professionalism and just being understanding. I just moved in and the apartment wasn't ready as promised (got keys 5 days later) so far so good with the move in after the initial hiccups. I just want to commend Marcus and give him his 5 stars. The 5 stars is definitely for him. I will have to revisit and rate after a couple of months actually on the property itself. The size of the unit is huge in comparison to some apartments I have lived in and that's always a plus. I am eager to see what the new management has to offer. Thank you Marcus!
