I absolutely love living at Towne Plaza Apartments! From the moment I moved in, the experience has been amazing. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I need. They truly go above and beyond to make residents feel at home. I’ve been living at Town Plaza Apartments for over 10 years now, and overall, it’s been a positive experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The amenities, such as the gym and pool, are well-maintained and rarely crowded.

However, there have been a few minor issues, like occasional maintenance delays and noise from neighbors. The management team is responsive but could improve communication with residents.

In summary, Town... Plaza offers great value for the price, and with a few improvements, it could be even better. Lee mas

I’m really satisfied with the office team, they are friendly and helpful but also the maintenance team is very friendly and they fix everything really quickly. I love living here!

The property is just beautiful with all the mature trees full of birds and squirrels which I feed on my huge patio. The units are quite large which I love. The office staff and maintenance team are great. They have responded to my needs promptly. I just had a backed up sink on a Saturday and didn’t think it would get taken care of till Monday, but they fixed it immediately. The location of the property within the city is nice too. I’m just five minutes from work. I use the workout room before I... go to work. It’s so convenient. I’ve made lots of friends here. I’ve been here over eleven years and I plan to stay much longer! Worst management people I have ever encountered. The apartments are falling apart. The A/C units are as old as the building. But the MANAGEMENT is rude and unhelpful
