I would definitely recommend living at the Alta Landing. I love the convenience of the location and the friendliness of the staff. Maintenance is pretty quick and responsive. Hannah, the assistance manager, goes above and beyond. I haven’t experienced any major issues here. Little small things(to me) but nothing too crazy. Highly recommend.

When I moved here in Jan.2026 I was very sick and my daughters had to physically
pack and move everything with help of my nephew. Since I could not take care of
all the details, the staff worked with them via phone and in person. They were very
gracious and helpful making the transition from Greystar 55 community. It was all
traumatic for me health wise but your staff made it worthwhile. I love it here.
Hanna is my hero!

Living at Alta Landing has been great.
Maintenance is on top of any repairs needed. Community is kept clean. Management is easy to contact and very polite to speak with.
Great place to live.
