Best maintenance team ever!

Wayne and his fabulous team are hands down the best maintenance department ever! Joe and Gayle are always smiling and willing to help. Wayne, you can fix absolutely anything! Thank you so much for all that you do for your residents!

Love this place !

Summer Brook apartments are amazing !! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. Very nice and quiet as well as a safe place to live. Maintenance is always so helpful as for the ladies in the front office! Definitely will always recommend Summer Brook to any family & friends looking for a home. Me and my boyfriend are going on our second lease and we absolutely are thrilled to continue to be with the Summer Brook community!
