Poor management
No hot water, roaches, never can get a maintenance man over here and no manager in office . People under 55

Thank you for taking the time to rate and review The Residence at Wolfforth. I spoke with the Regional Portfolio Manager who oversees this community in order to obtain some more information and assist you. She confirmed that a new tankless hot water... system was installed last week. The leasing office is designated to be open part-time only, generally in the mornings. However, staffing has been down as of late and the hours do change from time-to-time, based on staff availability across the properties we manage in the area. To avoid miscommunication, a notice was issued to residents with alternate methods of contact, which included phone numbers & emails for our properties Saddleback Ranch, South Plains, and Preston Trails. The front door of the office also has this notice posted. Pest control was recently brought to the attention of the leasing staff and a notice was sent to all residents as a reminder to sign up for pest control by contacting the leasing staff if they have concerns. The Residence at Wolfforth is not exclusively an under 55 years of age community; we adhere to the contract with TDHCA which allows for 20% of the homes to be fully occupied by those under 55. As for homes that have a resident aged 55 and older, younger occupants are allowed in those units as well. We encourage residents to submit work orders for maintenance, so everything is in writing & tracked properly, and welcome you to reach out to reviews@seldin.com if you need any further assistance.
