I would NOT recommend living here. The staff is consistently rude and seems inconvenienced when asked basic questions over the phone. While I can tolerate the paper-thin walls that make it possible to hear everything happening in neighboring apartments, the parking situation is by far the most aggravating aspect. Guests are allowed until 2 AM, and anything beyond that results in towing. What's particularly frustrating about this place is the unoccupied covered parking and the insufficient... uncovered parking. I was informed that these unoccupied stalls are 'assigned' to specific apartments, but it's evident that not all apartments are occupied. Despite this, I had to park far away at Top Golf because all uncovered parking spots were taken, while 60% of the covered parking remained empty. I have been towed TWICE on 400 N. when my pass is visible. So that's not happening a 3rd time. It's annoying to see these spots being reserved for potential residents, while current residents struggle with parking issues. Due to the ongoing problems with Mill Point, I can only see myself staying here for a year.
Another HUGE frustration for me is the inconsistency of the garbage collection service in this community. Despite being aware of the two designated non-pickup days, the situation has escalated to the point where we go without trash collection for five consecutive days, despite being obligated to pay for and rely on this service. Consequently, we find ourselves having to handle our own garbage disposal regularly. Despite having expressed our concerns, there has been no improvement, and the leasing office seems ineffective in addressing issues affecting the complex. It's unfair to pay for a service that consistently falls short of its scheduled obligations. If you enjoy dealing with frustration, I would encourage you to contact Mill Point and consider living here, as they excel at making the living situation as exasperating as possible. I am so excited for their generic response to this review that they will probably copy and paste from all other answered reviews like this one.
