Management does nothing about noise complaints-don't live here.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been dealing with constant, disruptive noise from my downstairs neighbors for months and management has done absolutely nothing to resolve it. Despite multiple complaints and follow-ups, all I’ve gotten are vague responses or no transparency about the process—if there even is one.
It’s clear that tenant comfort and peace of mind are not a priority here. I pay good money to live in a place where I should be able to relax in my own home, not constantly be... disturbed and ignored. The lack of accountability and action from management is completely unacceptable.
Save yourself the stress and find a place where management actually does their job.
