bad exprience
I had a very bad experience with this apartment community. When I signed my lease, they knowingly placed me in a handicap-accessible unit even though I am not disabled, promising to transfer me to a regular unit when available. That never happened.
After waiting over a year and a half and repeatedly asking, I gave the required 60-day notice to move out. I signed all their paperwork, overpaid rent, and gave my forwarding address expecting my $500 deposit back. Instead, they kept the deposit and... billed me $2,426.57 for “breaking the lease.”
This feels deceptive and unfair. Management makes promises they don’t keep and then penalize tenants for it. Renters should be very cautious before signing here.
