They advertise a quiet environment. In their “rules” they say, and I quote, “keep noise levels low, especially during quiet hours.” However, if you are unfortunate enough to have upstairs neighbors that has a 30 lb dive bomber (a child) that consistently makes noise day in and out, and you complain?? Falls on deaf ears. If the mother of said child doesn’t like being checked and starts aggressively stomping/rampaging to the point it knocks over knicknacks, they don’t care. “We will leave your... safety to you and law enforcement.” Despite numerous attempts to peacefully request a cease in excessive noise, they will shrug their shoulders and say tough luck. If you're thinking about moving in here, don't. Communication is laughable. It's so bad that it really just feels like they enjoy making tenants' lives miserable. They post paper notices on tenant doors about mandatory maintenance less than 24 hours before entering the unit. They have done this for the past 2+ years of me living here, and probably long before, despite having everyone's phone, email, and mobile app registrations. Baffling. So if you value privacy or a routine uninterrupted, this... is not the complex to choose. Lee mas

My move in experience was extremely smooth. The staff met all of my needs and thus far I have no complaints . Jasmine in the office is phenomenal . I feel at home and comfortable .

If you enjoy mysterious additions to your rent, phone calls and emails unanswered, maintenance requests that take constant badgering to get filled (if they are handled at all), and a general lack of services then enjoy this "luxury" apartment community. Otherwise, steer clear. This apartment complex has gone significantly downhill since it was purchased by the Donaldson Group whose only is too milk as much as they can from this property before dumping it in a few years. Do not be fooled by the... cosmetic enhancements that were supposedly done. Ask anyone who has lived there for a few years (I lived there for 5) and they all agree that it is not worth it. Lee mas

Do not waste your money! They are constantly begging for reviews and it’s a terrible place to live. Cars have been broken into multiple times with no resolve. No police on duty or cameras. Just a note saying lock your door. Trash is always piled high and thrown anywhere. Mold in the homes. Rent goes up every year. Maintenance is never done in a timely manner or correctly. I could go on and on. Move somewhere else.
