Our 5th year here calling it home! We've seen a lot of neighbor changes over the years - mostly young couples pursuing their careers and moving forward- never because of complaints! It's a well run community, maintenance people on top of their game - the grounds are beautifully kept. They schedule several family events throughout the year for the residents and offer special "goodie & treats" days. It's quite thoughtful, appreciated and cute! It's dog friendly (breed restricted) which is how... we originally came upon this community - and it's a pleasure to walk your dogs in a safe environment with convenient clean-up stations throughout the grounds. I rate Arcadia Run very high and 5 years here is proof! It's a private yet convenient area to commute from - wonderful amenities & I do highly recommend it here!

Apartments are nice. You can hear and smell what’s coming from your neighbors home. Grounds are kept clean. Maintenance staff quickly attends to any maintenance calls
