We have been living in this community for four years. I have never seen the peace, quiet, and order that is here in any apartment. Any request we have will be handled quickly with an email

Staff are friendly, facilities reasonably well maintained.
Noise from upstairs neighbor remains a major nuisance despite repeatedly sharing concerns, and includes incessant stomping, slamming of toilet seats, and vacuuming during quiet hours (past 10pm and before 8am). I have had to sleep with headphones on since occupying unit. Disappointed an apartment complex self-advertised as 'luxury' does not have sufficient enforcement of policy, effective insulation in ceilings/hardwood floors, or any... mitigation efforts like decibel monitoring. Unfortunately cannot rate higher, as I plan to leave as soon as lease is up.

I’m truly sorry to hear about the ongoing noise disturbances you’ve... experienced. I understand how disruptive this can be, especially when it affects your ability to rest, and I regret that our efforts so far have not resolved the issue to your satisfaction. Your concerns regarding enforcement of quiet hours, sound insulation, and mitigation efforts are valid, and I appreciate you bringing them to my attention.
While apartment living can present challenges, it is our responsibility to address policy violations and explore reasonable solutions. Your feedback has been shared with our team as we review our procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.

The place is always kept clean on the exterior constantly and not trashed like most other apartment complexes are. Maintenance team is still fast and efficient. I love the food truck Fridays and dessert trucks that come. I also love the clubhouse things you guys host here and there like the cocoa bar. Thank you for being awesome!

I'm loving it so far living it here. Love the calm vibe, friendly neighbors. The gym and events are a bonus. It’s pet friendly, close to work and restaurants, and feels like home.

Quiet neighborhood very welcoming I enjoy coming home. When you need something fixed they fix it right away. The people here are very nice and friendly. The club house is very nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance guys are very nice they answer questions if I asked. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs a place to live. The dog park is real nice too my dog loves going to it
