Love the neighborhood and everything but hate the fact that I'm all the way on the 3rd floor and that after standing on my feet for a full 8 hours I have to come home and walk up 3 flight of stairs just to get to my apartment. Before I moved in I asked for a lower floor apartment and the lady said she would look into and I see she didn't.

Good scenery, playground and pool for the kids. Pretty safe secure area, new dog park. Good appliances, good amount of space in the apartment. Love the balcony area.

Things have gotten better, but NOW we don't have security or hallway lights in our building on the 1st or 3rd floors. This is not safe. We have enough "visitors" hanging around as it is. Not to mention car break-ins. It's been FOUR WEEKS without those lights.
