Do Not Move Here
The management staff are heartless, arrogant, rude, unprofessional and unresponsive. Management does not respond to calls or e-mails. The lease renewal incentives are a joke so that they can offer new residents 2 months of free rent but trust me it's not worth it and you too will feel scammed shortly after you move here. The office is also closed on the weekend which is when there are the most issues. They do no preventative maintenance or upkeep, amenities are closed for months at a time,... the communication is severely lacking, the apartment doors slam shut anytime someone enters/exits their home. It is the most pitiful management staff I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. The management staff just sit in the office all day, you never see them out and about on the property, they should really feel ashamed of themselves. Please do not move here if you desire a peaceful place to live, this property will not meet the most minimal expectations. They can't even hide their disdain for actual residents and they basically tolerate those looking for an apartment. As a resident you can't even visit the office during the week without making an appointment first but good luck with that because they are hold to get a hold of. It is loud at night, loud music, people hanging out, likely non-residents. If I could give zero stars I would. The grass is full of dog crap, their are junkies roaming the property, stealing anything even if it/s nailed down. The owners need to get a different management company with professional staff. Your residents deserve better than the current staff here at Vibe. Do better or have higher expectations for them.
