Do not move in here!!!

There are several problems with this community.
1. Cushman Wakefield, property managers - the manager is young and very inexperienced. She has no clue as to how to run a community this size and will lie while looking directly into your eyes.
2. Heat goes every winter and A/C goes every summer.
3. Hot water is not hot. CW controls the temp.
4. Windows haven't been washed in 4 years.
5. Buildings leak and water is shut off until repairs are done.
6. Spa has been out of order for almost 2...
years. No sign of it ever being repaired.
7. Maintenance is sketchy. Some things never get repaired because of cost.
8. Utility bills have tripled within the last year with no explanation. This is true for every apartment.
9. Roaches in some apartments due to restaurant on first floor.
7. General appearance ispoor. Carpets are worn and dirty.

It’s a Great Community

I am very happy living a 77 Central, this is my third unit here. I moved from a studio into a larger one bedroom, then moved away from the community and now back into a small one bedroom. Stacey and her staff are wonderful and attentive,
as are maintenance. The building is constructed very well, I rarely ever hear my neighbors and I'm on the bottom floor. Many of the neighbors are longtime residents I’ve seen around here for years. The location can't be beat, six miles to both downtown Seattle...

and my office in downtown Bellevue. I do hope to buy a house in the next year or two but until then, this is a fantastic place to call home!

Poorly Built, Poorly Managed

This complex is definitely not high end and I will start off by saying that you're better off finding somewhere else to live! The property is so poorly built that there are things constantly breaking around the complex. The AC/Heat goes out every few months and the last time it took them over 40 days to get it repaired. There are water leaks on a regular basis in the building and they have to shut all of the water off to repair the issue. The hot tub broke over the winter and that wasn't... fixed for two months. The elevators are always a mess and it's common to only have access to one. I could go on and on but these are most of the major issues. On top of all of this, the management company only responds to probably half of the emails/calls and they are very light on details and so you never really know what's going on. The location is great but that is really all that this place has going for it. If you are looking for a luxurious apartment, as they claim to be, then you can definitely do better, but if you want an overpriced run of the mill apartment then you've found the right place!

There are water leaks in the building on a regular basis and that requires them to shut off the water to the entire building to get it fixed. The hot tub broke over the winter and that didn’t get repaired for two... months. The elevators are a mess and so it’s pretty normal to only have one working. I could go on and on but these are most of the major things. On top of all of this, the management company only responds to probably half of the calls/emails that you send to them and they are very light on details so you never really know what’s going on. The location is great but there aren’t a lot of other positives about this complex. If you want high end luxury then look somewhere else, but if you want an overpriced run-of-the-mill apartment then you’ve found the right spot!
