Management is a joke never working. They are terrible at they jobs.

I moved in about almost 5 to 6 months ago and it has been the most horrible experience ever. I never write reviews but if I can save a family with kids or any decent human being from living here that would be great. I read reviews before moving in but didn't take them serious. They moved in the police department because of how many illegal activities happen and sketchy people are living here. The B building is absolutely disgusting, there is both dog and human urine everywhere. There is blood... splatters in the elevator. I work late nights and they have not given me an underground parking space, so you have to walk a mile to park which is very scary at night. It smells like heroine and drugs all day. The management team is not friendly. They say all these false claims in regards to how this building actually is. DO NOT MOVE HERE! There are many low income apartments around this area that are affordable and maintained so much better not to say MUCH SAFER!

There are so many complaints and the sketchiest people living here. The fact that the police department had to move in should be the biggest red flag!! Drugs are being sold, people are breaking in. It is scary to walk at night. Lee mas

Where to begin? Our move-in date was unexpectedly pushed back by over a week leaving a gap between the end of my previous lease and the beginning of a lease here, leaving my partner and I homeless for a week waiting to move in. Since living here, it has been a constant struggle trying to get in contact with management about anything, months waiting for maintenance work orders to be completed, and consistent package theft. Instead of doing anything about it internally management has now chosen to... set up a police office where the gym was, but simply for surveillance, not for community safety. Plus they are raising the rent on a LOW INCOME COMMUNITY by over $300. DO NOT LIVE HERE. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. Lee mas

Last month my automatic rent payment did no go through. No message from management, no answers to my email of phone message & charged a late fee (which i will not pay) also they raised the rent $200! Never answer a call or message. Will lie right to your face never trust anything they say! This month I paid via money order on the first it is the 14, the log says rent still owed and now I owe two late fees! My Apt is actually ok washer/dryer, dw, full bath, big closet never run out of hot water... , no pests (yet). All amenities are not available for use. ie bike room i was not allowed access through the garage but it is nice with worktables and everything but told to lock my bike up outside , teen room with air hokey table always locked. Shutting down the gym now to open an on site police station.
I hate this place have lived here since it opened because the rent was fair. now it is not i am moving out ASAP. Lee mas

This is an absolutely disgusting, horrible place to live. I've lived here for almost 1 year and I'm counting down the days until my lease ends. So unprofessional went to the management many many times about terrible smells in the hallway, un clean elevators and trashing overflowing in the hallways and nothing has been cleaned or changed .
