When you choose to live in a large community, you expect proper communication and reliable service — but unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. From being given the wrong mailbox key to waiting two weeks for maintenance to complete a work order, my time with Parkside so far has been quite stressful.
It’s disappointing to pay a significant amount of money for housing and not receive the level of service you expect, especially after signing a 12-month lease. Experiencing these issues in... just the first month makes me worried about what the rest of the year will be like.
I had read the reviews online before applying and still decided to move here because of the location. However, based on my experience so far, it feels like those reviews were accurate. I really hope the management team can take this feedback seriously and work on improving communication and responsiveness. Thank you
