Not Great.
High traffic hallways with doors constantly slamming. I had to remove pictures off my wall from how often this occurred because they kept falling off due to entire apartment shaking. There’s also a really bad odor that goes through the entire building. The heat barely functions and there’s no central AC so it’s essentially a greenhouse. The floors squeak really bad throughout the entire apartment. There’s constant emergency vehicle sirens due to being next to hospital and near fire station.... There’s also daily helicopter flyovers because of hospital helipad. The hallways wreak of weed 24/7 and there’s constant parties. The only good experience I had were the maintenance workers. They are extremely sweet and fix things up very quickly.
