My rent has been upped almost every year that I've been here including this last year my pet charge a month doubled to $50.00, which I thought was a little ridiculous for someone who has been here multiple years. It takes awhile to get a reaponse back from the manager of this specific apartment, I'm still currently waiting for them to address a broken appliance I have. Lastly the neighbors below us are loud and their voices carry through our apartment... sometimes I can hear a complete... conversation.... on top of their television that blares at 3am.

Dear Kaitlyn,
Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We take every concern very seriously and are dedicated to resolving your issues when ever possible! I have had the chance to discuss your comments with the site managers. The first... they learned of a needed repair in your apartment was yesterday, after you spoke with the home office. The site manager was contacted immediately and your oven element fixed within 24 hours. We have no other record of you having an outstanding concern, but we take the noise complaint seriously and appreciate you letting us know. We will be looking into this immediately!
We certainly appreciate your longevity and residency with us! When you took occupancy in 2012, your rent was $675. There was no increase in your rent for 4 years. Considering the average yearly rental increase is anywhere from 3-5%, I should think that the lack of rent increase for 4 years would have been taken into consideration before making this review. Additionally, the increases you have had were less than 3%.
I am sorry if you feel you have had difficulty reaching management or that the rent amount has increased nearly every year, but our records do not indicate this.
If there is anything we can assist you with in the future, we are happy to help! Please do not hesitate to reach out to us anytime!
