The Oaks of Spring Valley is a beautifully renovated community that offers spacious one and two-bedroom apartment homes. Each one has been renovated with faux-wood flooring and... plush carpeting, beveled kitchen and bathroom cabinets and custom interior paint. We also offer a fully equipped kitchen, private screened patios, two laundry facilities onsite, dog park, swimming pool and tennis court.
The Oaks is pet friendly but with breed restrictions.
Our location is in a well manicured wooded landscape setting which is located in the heart of Altamonte Springs. Just minutes from interstate 4, Sunrail Station and located on the Lynx Bus line. We are nearby Uptown Altamonte, the Altamonte Mall, local restaurants and shopping. This is also an ideal location for the University of Central Florida, Seminole State and Valencia University.

I love the place and the staff

Jacquelyn is very friendly and informative as well the new property manager Farrah-Angela. Elvin G is also a good Maintenance manager, as well CARLOS, they all made me comfortable right away when I meet them for the first time.
I have seen how they are with people and their communication with the residents very kind, very high priority

DONT recommend!!!

I’ve moved in about 3 months ago and can’t wait until my lease is up!! Don’t recommend this place unless you want to live with spiders and roaches. Place was not properly cleaned before I moved in. The dish washer started to flood my house with dirty & fish smelling water leaving me to clean it. My bath tub has MOLD all in it. For a “renovated” apartment they just slapped paint on the walls and slapped vinyl wood on the floor POORLY(wood pealing and coming up) Also i have to keep my ac on 65... for it to even feel cool inside. Shannon/the staff and maintenance is just rude. Overall can’t wait until my 1 year lease is up!!! 1/10 don’t recommend!!

Unprofessional

The leasing office was very unprofessional and nonchalant throughout the whole process. I was told to place a “Hold” deposit of 500 to hold the apartment during the verification process . And said check would not be deposited until verification was completed.I wasn’t approved and now 2 weeks later I have yet to receive my deposit back. I called several times in question of my deposit, just to be given the run around. I wouldn’t do any transaction with this fraudulent property management group.
