Beautiful property and wonderful community in general. Perfect for evening strolls overlooking Cranes Roost during sunsets. Close to shopping and restaurants. Average Uber ride to mall (if it’s raining) is approximately $5.00.

Great place to call home
Had a great living experience here at Sanctuary! The management and team have always been a pleasure to work with, very professional. The building and common space are super clean too.
I personally have never experienced any noise from neighbors, I’ve also lived in three different units in this building. So maybe my spouse and I got lucky, or it’s not as bad as people say.
I will say, the price is steep, but the area alone makes it worth it, right on Cranes Roost, with access to all the... events including Red Hot and BOOM all within walking distance.
The property and the team set a great example for what to expect from apartment living.

The building itself has no security. Anyone can access the building at any time. Maintenance is not what it used to be you can’t even get filters for the ac anymore. Still trying to get dryer fixed 5 months later.
