Thank you for sharing your feedback. While we understand that not every resident's experience will be the same, we are disappointed to see several claims in this review that do not align with our records or our numerous attempts to assist… throughout your residency.
Apex Apopka employs a full-time maintenance team, including HVAC-certified technicians, and we take resident concerns seriously. We are only able to address issues that are reported to us, and many of the concerns referenced here were either never reported through the proper channels or were raised only after the fact, leaving us with little opportunity to investigate or resolve them.
We were also surprised to read comments regarding management communication, as our team has consistently made efforts to respond to concerns and maintain open communication. Unfortunately, those efforts can only be successful when communication remains a two-way street, and you blocked our number.
Regarding parking, we understand that everyone would prefer a space directly outside their building. As with every apartment community, parking availability varies by time of day. We continue to enforce parking policies and provide optional reserved parking for residents who prefer a guaranteed space.
While we appreciate that you found the rest of our team to be helpful, it's unfortunate that this review overlooks the substantial time and effort that multiple team members invested in addressing your concerns throughout your residency.

Despite being blocked from contacting you directly, our team has continued to assist whenever you have reached out.

Regarding parking, we understand everyone would prefer a space immediately outside their building. As with virtually every apartment community, parking availability varies by time of day. We continue to enforce our parking policies, offer optional reserved parking for residents who want a guaranteed space, and work to accommodate special parking requests whenever possible.

While we appreciate that you found the rest of our team to be helpful, it's unfortunate that this review overlooks the substantial time and effort multiple team members invested in addressing your concerns throughout your residency.
