Summerwell at Avian Pointe is a beautiful living community that has beautiful homes for rent that give you all the conveniences that one could require. We are happy we found it.

I live in one of the houses. It is peaceful. I love having a fenced in yard. My dog never had a yard before. Kindness of neighbors, staff, support, cleanliness, and rules of safe living

If you live by the man-made pond, you can't sleep at night because they are running machinery constantly. There has been shootings, gangs at the pool, floods from the drains. They over charge you for items that don't work, alot of bugs due to being near the wildlifepreserve, floorboards are sticking up in units, and so much more.
