Advenir at La Costa Apartments

Garbage stacks up to the point where there is 100+ garbage laying beside the garbage waste bin and cars have been repeatedly stolen in this neighborhood. When i first moved in , there was ants crawling all over the apartment and we had to get our own exterminator when we lived there. The customer service was the worse, they don’t know how to answer the phone after you actually sign the lease. Stay away terrible place to live very high crime. When I first moved in I asked about crime rate and I was lied to. My car has been broken into and my apartment has been broken into twice. The manager is the worst. She talks to you crazy and doesn't care at all and doesn't try to hide it.

Stay away.. worst place I have ever lived... Management is awful.. Maintenance is awful.. Not worth the money

Do not move in here this place is the worst run place I've ever seen. There was an overpayment made somehow and they refuse to refund the difference. There answer is people pay their rent in advance all the time. The apts are dirty not done and they don't offer any deals or specials. The first night that I moved in I have my stuff stolen by one of their contractors. Management doesn't care and won't do a thing about it.
