DO NOT MOVE HERE
This place is not worth living here. The building has roaches, it’s an old building so everything break or leaks, and if you think maintenance will address your issue you’re wrong. The only thing positive about this place is most of the neighbors are nice but a younger crowd is moving in and they like to hang outside and smoke. Trust me when I say this, you will hate your decision to move here. Do t let the pictures fool you, the unit you will get is not like the model. For the price they want... you can chose much better options. I hope this helps someone from making a huge mistake.

We are disappointed to hear that you did not have a more positive experience with us at Boynton Place Apartments. Our community was built in 1988 and while the buildings are indeed older we make every effort to guarantee all maintenance request are... handled in a timely and professional manner by our service team and contractors and that our residents have a comfortable living environment. We can certainly address any issues regarding smoking in the community if you would like to speak to us in more detail in the office on the offenders as we do not permit smoking inside of our apartment homes. Applicants at our community are not qualified by age, however if they are over the age of 18 and meet our qualifications and would like to live at our community we are happy to have them as a part of our community.
