DO NOT MOVE HERE.

The management does not communicate with homeowners and the routinely scam you out of money for not taking care of your grass all while ruining your gardens, decorations, and siding! The management doesn't care about the people who move in and are only here to turn a profit. If you value your sanity, your safety, and your health, please find somewhere else to live.

Awesome mobile home park

I have been living here since 1999 on the north side and I have never had an issue with theft or vandalism,. The clubhouse is great for family parties no alcohol which is fabulous as well as the pool and steam room. There is also a small fitness area and pool tables.
They have new management which is making good improvement to the community. There are also great restaurants you can walk to as well
As public transportation.

New Owners

Make sure you mow your lawn every week,do not let any weeds grow. But the park will make you park in the main area without any safety for your vehicle because the road has to be coated every three months, at your expense, to bad you have to walk to get to your vehicle the park does not care. They have been several shootings, pet killings and major drug use. I really wish the park would use the hundreds of thousands dollars to improve the living situation rather than worrying about the stupid... little crap that does not help make anyone safe on their property. I have been her for 14 years and have never been given any help for lawn as far as new sod or sprinkler systems, after they chew you out for dead dry grass you get charged for watering your lawn , when the nasty park water is turned off. Oh yes the water gets shut off on a regular basis, just make sure someone is home to shut down your water heater or it will fry and you get to keep fixing it at your expense. Please try to find a park that does some kind of background check for your own safety. Don't live in a park that is only worried about the bottom line dollar wise.
