Must book full month (at minimum) - (1st to 30th or 31st depending on the month)

Community association requires a registration form and a lease agreement to be signed. If you are interested in using the Golf Membership and club amenities you must pay a $150 delegation of community privileges fee. There is also a $250 rental processing fee to the association.
Up to $100 of utilities along with cable and Wi-Fi will be covered by the owner.

Guest access
Easy access to the community pool located just down the street from our unit as well as a satellite fitness center. Short drive to I-75, UTC Mall, Downtown Sarasota and Gulf Beaches. You can also rent a golf cart for the time you are there which makes getting around the community and the Lakewood Ranch area very easy. There are some local companies that offer this. Golf cart can be parked inside the one car garage.
