Very impressed with how quickly staff and maintenance handled my two maintenance issues yesterday. Things have been good since some of the staff changes.

Things are pretty good so far! Starting to use the gym and pool more frequently, which are great amenities. Office and maintenance staff are always nice. The complex is pretty quiet, seems everyone in the neighborhood is pretty well behaved! Would be nice to have some events more often (I know a lot goes into putting them together, and they are great ideas) to help get to know people better. Apartment itself is very spacious and great living condition, lots of cabinets and storage space. It's... great having a washer/dryer in the unit. Only minor downside I've had so far is just having some minor pest control issues. Being on the first floor and close to the lake probably doesn't help, but it has been improving since I moved in. I'll be happy once it's 100%. Overall, my experience at Blue Heron has been really good and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to move. Thanks!
