Perfect for families

Too much struggle and not enough solutions

There isn't enough areas to dispose of trash, the maintenance takes forever to respond and almost every appliance in the house is close to, if not, 20 years old. Our AC is riddled with mold and is for sure inside our AC ducts and throughout our entire system, our water heater burst and flooded our apartment, our oven was leaking gas and our smoke detector wasn't sensing the leak. Even after replacement of the oven there is often a lingering gassy smell hours after completion of cooking.

Don't put a deposit

Unless your confident enough to get the apartment...
You will not get your security deposit back it's been since the first of August and still no deposit back.

nightmare come true

bad staffing, the police always get called out here and within a weeks time we have had shootings, two deaths, bugs, the ac never works and raccoons and snakes basically own the place
