Worst place ever!

My review will be a plea from me to you to please run away from this place.
Reasons: Roach Infestation, poor maintenance, lack of responsibility from the office towards residents. The fridge light bulb was broken which it took them 2 months to fix and another month to come and see the water leak that was burning the light bulb and never got fixed. Water used to damage any food that we would place in the drawers, so we had to limit our grocery purchases.
Closet doors were not properly installed...
which one of the fell on my foot.
The stove burners were crocket, and not even crocket but burned and the connectors were loose and faulty. In the middle of cooking your food would stop from being cooked because of the burners. Maintenance came about a month after the call and look at it and did nothing after that.
Emergency call, my sink got clogged and water was all over the place in the kitchen. I did call and wind up fixing it myself because the maintenance guy showed up three days later without a key and was expecting me to leave my job to let him in. Never returned to fix it…
Roach infestation, no matter how much you try to do to kill them, they show up more and more. They are the small ones that look like ants almost. Be careful if you have babies or children. They claim that they have a pest control guy who comes around, which I only saw once, and it was because I was at home that day. But if you are not home, you are on your own!
From your deposit, you will be charged $100 for cleaning, no matter how clean you leave it and let’s clear up something, they turn in the apartment not clean at all… Plus $310 to paint the place… They will not be apologetic about it nor will inform you at the beginning of your lease. Also, you have to pay $35 to acquire access to your mailbox at the postal office.
