Natalie and the team in the leasing office were amazing and helped get me set up with my new home! They answered all my questions and were happy to do virtual tours of the apartment as I lived out of state.

There have been several instances where they have had issues with my account, they have charged me for things I should not have been charged for, forgot to charge me for my dogs for three months, then tried to charge me a late fee for not paying the dogs they forgot to charge me for, Credited my account with someone’s moving expenses, then requested those back because they were on the wrong account, Among several other things, my experience here honestly has been extremely unpleasant.
Minor in... comparison is that they told me the pool heater would be fixed and it wasn’t for the entirety of the time I lived here.
Also extremely important, the Internet is an absolute known problem in this community. If you work from home, you are going to want to get another Internet service like I had to, and you have to pay for Internet from them so you’ll essentially be paying for it twice.

The move-in process was made very easy. I was able to complete everything in preparation online. The complex has great amenities and the apartment just feels like home.
