Chesapeake Apartments

I had lived here for 2+ years. The first year and a half were great. Then, the management went down hill. The prices were increasing, but the quality of what you pay for was not. 4 out of the 7 days a week, there would be a water breakage issue and the water would be turned off during daytime hours for hours at a time. When working overnights, I would want to come home after my shift & shower, was not able to living here.

Waste of time and money. Don't spend money for app fee.

What to mention first.....

1. Location and access to US 19, close to Dunedin also.
2. Staff treats you like family.
3. No riff-raff tolerated.
4. Lovely landscaping.
5. Maintenance issues of any kind fixed immediately.
6. Quiet.
7. Great Pool and Hot tub, gym also.

I felt like I lived at a resort. The only reason I left was to move into my fiances home.

My husband and I walked in on May 20th wanting to look at a 1 bedroom apartment however what we got in return was a 15-20 minute wait for someone to show up at the desk and when she did we got a nice lecture on how our infant in 6 months would have to have her own room according to fair housing law however my husband works apartment maintenance and said he's never heard of such a thing and after searching the internet I couldn't find anything about it either. First off it's very clean and maintained, everyone that works here from the office staff to the maintenance crew are very friendly and always helpful, plus it is a great place for family's very nice very safe and has everything you need or want, and there are some longtime residence that love it here! Just the Best Place to live and close to everything from Shopping, Great restaurants and the Beach!!! RO.
