Wonderful Experience
I recently moved out of Chesapeake apartments, after living here for 13 months due to my job. But my experience has been absolutely exceptional. From the moment I arrived, Rhonda Drummond went above and beyond to ensure my transition was seamless, she is super friendly and courteous, making me feel right at home. The location is really great and very convenient, making it the perfect place to live. Staff is super friendly and courteous. Everyone I've encountered has been friendly, professional... , and eager to help in any way possible. If you're looking for a place to call home that offers both comfort and convenience, Chesapeake is the place to be. The only issue I am having is with my deposit that supposed to be fully refunded since I left the apartment in immaculate condition, and had paid everything in full, but the new system is keep showing double charges and I went in the office and the Manager assured me that the system is keep messing up the charges but you should get the full deposit refund back minus the water bill which is going to be charge in next month because it's behind. let's see, if they are going to cheat with the deposit or honor it? I even sent in the payment confirmation email to the office. If I don't receive my full deposit back, I will write another review about Burton Carol Management.

Thank you so much for posting your review of our community. We apologize for any issues you have experienced after moving out. As you are aware, we have changed to a new software system (not your problem), and we are still working out... some kinks. Our divisional bookkeeper shared that she addressed the issue as soon as it was brought to her attention, so this should be rectified. Thank you for your patience and understanding, as well as your kind words about our staff and community! We would certainly not want to have any good resident leave with a bad taste in their mouth and we want you to know that we appreciate you!
