So far everything has been great! Love my apartment and the complex. The staff have been so kind and helpful. Would recommend living here to others

The location of this community is excellent, situated on HWY 27 with easy access to schools, restaurants, supermarkets, hospitals, highways, and Disney theme parks. Security is strong, with cameras, controlled building access, and 24/7 property police. The amenities are good but need improvements— the gym requires better cleanliness and sanitizing supplies, and the outdoor kitchen needs upkeep. Hallways are often dirty due to pets, and stricter enforcement of policies is necessary. The office... staff and Jaime are friendly and helpful. Rent is competitive initially but increases significantly, making it less attractive in the long term.
