DO NOT RENT
Management/Office is rude and gives a lot of attitude (mainly the Assistant Manager). The apartment material is so cheap, walls are as thin as paper! People talking outside sound like they are in your living room. You barely touch the wall wrong it gets marked/scuffed!!! Their residents app is the worst! We paid rent once on the 3rd on the app and we got charged a late fee! ASSISTANT MANAGER PUT ON TWO LATE FEES!! THE ELEVATORS ARE NEVER WORKING! Maintenance takes awhile to get a work order... done! It’s a “gated community” but the gates are always open since they are broken! If you’re in the 20-30 age range they up charge your rent! It’s terrible - we were three months in and almost broke our lease just leave!! RUDE, POOR QUALITY AS EMPLOYEES, BUILDING AND PROPERTY
