Situated on the second floor of our 8-unit "aparthotel," this apartment offers a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and a bright bathroom with a large walk-in shower.
Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent to the door. The common areas offer amazing Florida sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like refinished wood flooring, stylish design flourishes, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area, you'll find plenty of seating including an extended couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the ocean-chic kitchen is fully stocked with a surfer bar that provides seating for four. This apartment is an ideal escape to take advantage of all the area has to offer.
While we love all furry friends, we only allow dogs at this property. Regarding the 6 guest occupancy, we have a king and queen bed which can comfortably sleep 4 guests. We provide a trifold floor mattress to sleep one more guest. We also have a couch that can sleep 1 additional guest.
400 South is a newly renovated, 8-unit "aparthotel" located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to the ocean, perfect for daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around. Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area, the downtown area is within walking distance.
We provide keyless entry with digital door locks. Our digital locks let you arrive and check yourselves in, but we’re here if you need us. Message us on the app if you need anything during your stay. For urgent matters, call the number provided. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, light cleaning supplies, garbage bags, sponges, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs.
