Management nightmare

The neighborhood is sketchy, I lived there for about 3 years and it’s often that there are random patrols of the neighborhood and police being called out there. The street in front of these apartments flood very badly whenever there is a significant amount of rain. There were times that my husband couldn’t even get his car out due to the high amount of water in the streets. The management continually increased the rent and made promises to make necessary improvements and then made excuses... instead of actually fixing anything. This property is not worth the price they want to live there.
